If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition (i.e. new \/ unused \/ unworn in its original packaging). When exchanging goods, postage and packaging are not refundable and the exchanged item must be sent back with proof of delivery. We will only refund postage if you are returning the item due to an error on our part (delivery of the wrong item or defective item, etc.). Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for us to process such a request after the item arrives at our office. COMPLAINTANCE POLICY: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if you have just changed your mind, you may exchange or return the item and request a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery, if the item is in its original condition. REFUND: As soon as the returned item arrives, we will try to process the refund as soon as possible. You will be notified by email about the status of your refund. The refund is immediately withdrawn from our account, but it may take a few days for it to appear on your credit card account.
